Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, and promotional subscription offers work for DrSoma, a product of Tango Tree Labs LLP. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Website Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through our website using Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date by contacting Paddle or our support team, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Website subscription purchases may be processed by Paddle and managed for subscription entitlement purposes through RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies and timeframes. Refund requests for app store purchases must be directed to Apple or Google accordingly.

Cancellations

You may cancel your DrSoma subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

  • For iOS purchases, cancel through your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • For Android purchases, cancel through Google Play Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • For website purchases, cancel through Paddle, the applicable payment provider, or by contacting our support team.

Trials, Promotions, and Taxes

The yearly DrSoma subscription may include a 3-day free trial. After the trial, it renews at $199/year until cancelled. Promotional pricing may include an introductory yearly discounted subscription offer valid until 31 Aug 2026 at $99/year, recurring until cancelled. The weekly subscription renews at $9.99/week until cancelled.

Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Current pricing and offer details are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
